TimePlan® Employee App is a free service to companies, which have acquired a license to TimePlan® Version 6.0 og TimePlan® Employee Portal.

TimePlan® Employee App for iOS can be configurated to let employees see and offer their shifts and take a vacant shift via their smart phones.

When you are logged in as an employee you are able to:
1. See all your shifts
1.a. See your specific working hours and at department
1.b. Offer your shifts to your collegues
1.b.i. Withdraw offered shifts
2. See all vacant shifts
2.a. See the specific working hours and at department
2.b. Take vacant shifts
3. Read information and news from your employer

As an employer you will receive the following benefits:
1. You reduce the labor costs associated with administration of swapping shifts:
1.a. Your employees will administrate swapping shifts on their own
1.b. Each swapped shift will be registered in TimePlan®
